Blake/Rapid is a hybrid construction that combines Blake stitching with an additional outsole stitch. The insole is first Blake-stitched to a midsole, then the outsole is attached via a rapid stitch visible on the outsole edge. This offers better water resistance and resolability than pure Blake while maintaining a relatively slim profile.
